Quality Stump Solutions LLC will be referred to as QSS in the below disclaimer.

• Estimates are based on the risk, accessibility, and complexity of stumps.

• $250 deposits for +$1,000 jobs are nonrefundable

• Heavy equipment may damage driveways and lawns. Measures are taken to minimize the amount of damage, but QSS will not be held responsible for such damage.

• QSS is not responsible for damaged cables, lines, pipes, sprinklers, and any other improperly buried underground utilities we have not been made aware of.

• Stump grinding is not stump/root system removal. Root chasing is an additional service available for an extra fee, which varies based on the root system size.

• Chip removal incurs a separate additional charge. If wood chips are left behind at the homeowner’s request, there will be an additional charge to return and pick it up. Whether the chips are removed from the site or left on site will not alter the final price of the contracted work, and no adjustments will be made in respect thereof.

• Performing work on the scheduled date is done to the best of our ability. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment issues, and work order revisions can change given dates. QSS may need to reschedule bookings without prior notice.

• For everyone's safety, work zones are for crew members only. Please see the crew for further instructions to avoid dangerous situations during the work.

• QSS may film onsite for advertising, training, and safety purposes. All footage taken on QSS job sites becomes the property of QSS and can be used by QSS for advertising and training purposes.
